The Kaaba is the first house placed by Allah on Earth for people toworship Him alone, and it serves as their direction in prayer. Muslims face it during their prayers and supplications, visit it, perform Hajj and Umrah to it, and circumambulate around it. It is a blessed house that Allah honored, dignified, and added to His own sanctity. Macca, which houses this sacred house, is a holy land where no blood is shed, no trees are cut, no animals are hunted, and nothing is picked up except by those who intend good. It has been a sacred land since Allah created the heavens and the earth, sanctifying His house which its surroundings encompass. It is the most sacred place on Earth, and thus Allah has commanded people to come to the Kaaba for Hajj and Umrah to witness benefits for themselves. This visitation is obligatory upon capable Muslims. Anyone who intends harm to this house will taste Allah's punishment.
